Our adult classes are welcoming to all experience levels, whether you’re stepping into the studio for the first time, returning after years away, or looking for a fun way to stay active. Enjoy a relaxed, supportive atmosphere where you can build confidence, improve strength and flexibility, learn new skills, and have fun, without the pressure of competition. Adult Ballet/Stretch
Rediscover the joy of movement with our Adult Ballet & Stretch class. Whether you are stepping into the studio for the very first time or returning after years away, you’ll find a welcoming, pressure-free environment here. We begin with a gentle full-body warm-up and stretch, then progress to core barre and center work designed to build strength, balance, and confidence. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and enjoy the journey. This class does not participate in showcase or recital.

Whether you’re brand new to tap or returning after years away, we have a class for you!
Beginner Adult Tap is perfect for those with little to no experience and focuses on learning the fundamentals. Intermediate Adult Tap is designed for dancers with previous tap experience who are ready for more challenging combinations and rhythms.
